I wonder where the time goes. One moment you're an innocent, careless 7 year old child, and the next moment the cold, daunting prospect of adulthood looms over you ominously, threatening to swallow you whole without mercy. Moment after moment, you are transported. You travel through time, you cover great distances thoughtlessly. And in the next blink of an eye over a decade passes and you wonder where you are. You realize... nothing is certain. Nothing is permanent. Nothing is set in stone. There is no now. Another moment passes. Then another. Another. There. Another. Time never pauses; it never stops for a single man.

So let it all go. Let your ego go. Let your insecurities go. Let your anger go. Let your fear go. Let your worry go. Clear your mind, organize your thoughts. You are the sole creator of your own destiny, make no mistake. You control yourself, you control your thoughts and actions, which will lead to good or bad things in your life. It's all in your hands. Let the past go. Don't worry about the future. Embrace the everlasting present.

  1. Time's such a hard thing to wrap your mind around. I don't think we'll ever get a handle on it.
