I wear ear plugs when I go to sleep. I now wear ear plugs even during the day. I can't stand the sound of people or cars, even my family. Ear plugs gives me a lot more peace during the day.

    I know what you mean. I really hate noise so I sometimes wear my in-ear earphones even when I'm not listening to anything.

    I can see how peaceful it can be with ear plugs but wouldn't it be inconvenient if someone was calling you?
